Services that help you reconnect and recover.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a private, supportive space to explore what you’re facing and work toward meaningful change. Your therapist will partner with you to understand your goals, experiences, and challenges, creating a personalized plan that supports healing at your pace.

Group Therapy

Healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Group therapy brings people with shared experiences together to build connection, insight, and support. Through guided discussion and shared learning, groups help reduce isolation, encourage accountability, and foster a sense of belonging while developing healthier ways to relate to yourself and others.

First Responder Services

We are honored to support those who serve our community. Through the Williams County Behavioral Health Grant, eligible first responders can receive individual therapy and medication management at no cost. We will bill your insurance, and any remaining balance is covered by grant funding — making care accessible without added financial stress.

Addiction Counseling

Addiction counseling offers comprehensive chemical dependency evaluations and ongoing talk therapy to help you better understand your substance use, address underlying factors, and develop practical tools for long-term recovery. Care is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity and support.

Medication Management

For some people, medication can be an important part of healing. Our licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner takes time to get to know you, review your symptoms and history, and thoughtfully prescribe medication when appropriate — always as part of a broader, collaborative care plan.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication-Assisted Treatment combines medical support with recovery-focused care to help individuals manage substance use disorders safely and effectively. MAT may reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, allowing you to focus on healing and rebuilding your life.
